I’d be happy to host a guest post and the 125 image.
Cafe Japan is just a month old and starting to gain readers, a good time to help promote the cause. Let me know if you’d like to send something.

Todd, You prompted me to remember. I was feeling so helpless and to share my memories of being Japanese for a time was priceless. Thank you!

I’d really like to post a Japan-centric piece to go along with Blog4Japan, but I’ve never been there! Any suggestions on who to contact for a guest post?

Hey Amanda, if you give me a few days I’ll put together a guest post for you. Or we could do something a bit different like I did on pocket cultures. You could ask me some questions and I’ll answer everything in a Japan related way. Your choice. Thanks for being willing to help!

      • AmandaNo Gravatar says:

I’d love to have you write a guest post, Todd! That would be great. I’ll defer to you on the topic, since you know much more about Japan than I do!

Just drop me an e-mail or DM on Twitter when you have time to put something together.

And of course I want to help! I obviously can’t go as crazy as I did for Blog4NZ since the only Asian country I’ve visited is China, but I still want to help out in any way that I can.

Todd, here is my post. I will also put it on twitter and facebook. It’s such a blessing for those in Japan that you created this project.

  6. Done! Todd, you might want to consider adding Architecture For Humanity to your list, although they’re focussed on reconstruction rather than relief. A4H chapters in Japan will be leading their projects, and using designs that Japanese architects had submitted to A4H. Details at

That’s really great Todd, thank you very much, I shared the
    information with my readers today:
I am also planning to write extensively about traveling to Japan, since on the long run traveling will be a very important help…

    • ToddNo Gravatar says:

Hey Muza, thanks for the Support! Great that you’ll be writing more about visiting Japan as well. I think the next stage in the Blog4Japan campaign will be to organize a few days of concerted Japan posts that focus on tourism and how its safe to go to Japan still. But I want to do this later after we help raise funds.
